Malaka has been at Axiom Arabians since summer 2009.
I was very excited to get her here. My intention was to breed her to HR Hasims Legacy. History on Malaka was that she was afraid of stallions. She had artificial insemination once, but had been unsuccessful producing a foal. She is 14 years old and has not had a foal.
Malaka and Legacy are both 3 generations pure in strain Saqlawi Jidren IBN Sudan. Breeding these two would produce a 4 generation pure in strain foal. Not only was this exciting but they both had strong Negem and Faddan in their pedigrees.
Malaka spent most of the summer recuperating from her trip here and getting accustom to the stallions. She was allowed to run free and visit the stallions over the fence daily. She became more and more confident as the summer went on.

Malaka has a handicap.
Malaka has only one eye. She was kicked as a foal and has been like this her whole life. After you know her a while it seems very unnoticable. She is very beautiful and has a wonderful funny personality.

but even with much effort to try and save her
